Werner Geissler has extensive global operational and industry experience in the consumer sector, spanning over three decades at Procter & Gamble (“P&G”). From 2007 until his retirement in 2015, he was Vice Chairman of Global Operations for the company where he was responsible for all country and manufacturing operations globally. Prior to this, he was Group President of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, managing all businesses in the region. Werner is a graduate from the University of Cologne, Germany and has lived and worked in numerous countries, including the US, Germany, Japan, Turkey, Holland and Switzerland. Werner is member of the Board of Directors of The Goodyear Tire Company, Philip Morris International, and IMD. He is an Operating Partner at Advent International, a leading PE Firm, and an active investor in several start-ups including Health Vector.
Maria Zhorina is passionate about patient engagement and improving healthcare quality. She holds a PhD in Healthcare Services Management from Ohio State University, a Masters degree in Bioethics from Case Western Reserve University and a Masters degree in Philosophy from University of Virginia. Maria brings the experience in healthcare from two major Boston hospitals, where she was involved in safety, quality improvement and patient outcome measurement initiatives. She is a champion for integrating patient input in the personal health record and a proponent for data-driven preventative medicine.
Adrian Suciu has extensive experience in software development. He has worked in consulting and the financial sector as software engineer and architect for 20 years. Adrian has led UX development teams to build application interfaces used by major US companies. He has successfully led projects and deployed applications that are used by millions of users worldwide on a daily basis. Adrian holds degrees in computer science and engineering.

Dan Mirica has extensive business and technology experience from hi-tech and life sciences industries. He has worked for Teradyne (GenRad) from 1998 until 2002 leading global SAP business systems implementations, followed by 15 years in the life sciences industry with Lonza in various senior leadership roles in IT and Supply Chain. Dan has been part of two successful hi-tech start-ups in Europe and US. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from University of Miami, FL and has completed three executive management programs in Leadership & Management and in Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management at MIT Sloan and Delivering Information Services at Harvard Business School. Dan is passionate about improving diagnostic variability through patient activation and by strengthening the doctor-patient partnership.

Ioana Adriana Teleanu is a Senior UX & UI Designer, passionate about crafting flawless user experiences and driven by the ambition of building great products that customers love. With years of experience with big companies such as ING Bank and UiPath, she’s defined and continuously refined an efficient and valuable UX process that ensures that she’s able to deliver great experiences and work with stakeholders seamlessly. Working in the healthcare industry is something that comes natural to her as she is empathetic by nature and feels that her calling is helping people lead better lives through the experiences she envisions. She has a strong and articulated voice in the UX industry via a community she founded and leads on social media platforms. She has over 15,000 followers and the community is growing daily at an impressive pace. Also, she leads the local development of the UX community by getting involved in the National Association for User Experience and organizing meet-ups and design events that breed a mature design culture.
